息子の結納♪　　　Ceremony of traditional engagement of Japan

先日、大安の日曜日に、息子の結納の儀を　執り行いました。

We did son’s engagement ceremony.

早朝、京都を出発し、宝塚へ。

宝塚ホテル到着時には、強い雨が　降っていました。

Heavy rain had fallen when we arrived at the hall of the ceremony.

息子は、振り袖を着てきます　彼女のことを、とても心配して　待っていました。

前項https://xn--1lqy4i90xvwkt27a.com/holy-bell/2011/05/10/%e6%af%8d%e3%81%ae%e6%97%a5%e2%99%aa%e3%80%80%e3%80%80mothers-day/ に書きましたように、仙人と呼ばれるほど　ストイックでした息子は、彼女と出会いまして　２週間で　プロポース、そして、２ヶ月で　この度の　結納の運びとなりました。

However, he met her and proposed in two weeks.
And, they were engaged in two months.

全てが　天の采配のように、タイミング良く進みます。

神様に感謝！

Their marriages are blest.
We wish to express our gratitude to the god！

息子が　彼女に贈りました婚約指輪は、昔　私が主人から送られましたものを　リフォームしましたものです。

今は亡きお姑さんが、選んでくださいました　大切な想い出の指輪です。

In the promise ring that the son presented her, in old times, I am the one gotten from my husband.

My of the deceased husband’s mother put the mind and chose it.
The ring is the one that memories are very deep for me.

式は、和やかに　滞りなく終えることができ、いつの間にか　雨はやみ、陽が射していました。

Their engagement ceremonies ended well.
The sun shone when the ceremony ended though it was raining in the morning.

表に出ますと、大きな楠の木の花が満開で、爽やかな香りが、雨でクリアーになりました辺り一面の空気を満たしていました。

When we went out outside the hall of ceremony, the air after rain was clear. And, the camphor tree flower was full-bloomed wonderful smell.

二人の未来も、きっと　このように　明るい光に満ちた　祝福されたものでありますように！

I pray for their futures to be blest like a shine of this sun and a beautiful smell.

今の日本は、まさに混沌とした状況で、先が見えませんが、私達の世代は、次の世代のために　責任を持って　行動しなければならない時だと、ひしひしと　感じています。

Japan today is very chaotic.
However, I should take the responsibility for young people’s futures.

私ができますことは、まずは　できる限り正しい情報を得ること、世の中は変えられないと　諦めるのではなく、子供達のために声をあげること(ＴｗｉｔｔｅｒやＦａｃｅｂｏｏｋで発信するなど)、少しでも安全な環境を作り、安全な食材を選ぶこと、

I should obtain correct information.
And, I do not feel sorry that the world doesn’t change but should send information with Twitter and Facebook.

I should offer secure surroundings for them, and obtain safe food.

そして、祈ることです。

And, I pray to the god.
We wish to express our gratitude.
