また巡ってきましたお誕生日(^^ゞ　＆　孫娘・はじめての遠出♪

今年も巡ってきました　お誕生日。

皆さまにお気づかいいただき、ありがとうございます。

My birthday this year has rotated.

 

今年の初めには、初孫を授かり、２月からはSITHホ・オポノポノを実践し、今回のお誕生日は、これまでとは少し違う感覚を味わっています。

I received the lovely granddaughter in January this year.
And I practice 「SITH-Ho’oponopono」 from this February.

SITHホ・オポノポノでは、「目の前で起きる出来事は、全て自分の責任」と受け止め、「その原因となる記憶をクリーニングしてゆく」ことが、人生の目的です。

By the method of SITH-Ho’oponopono, it is 「all the occurrences that occur in the face of me are my responsibility.」
And I have to clean it as self-responsibility.

毎日内観を続け、なかなか順調にはゆきませんが、少しずつ慣れてきました。

I am continuing the view within every day.
Although it is not favorable, I have got used little by little.

ところで、このケーキは、昨年出版しました私の画集「HOLY BELL」の表紙を　そっくり写してくださっています。

By the way, the picture of this cake is just like that of the cover of my book of paintings Book「HOLY BELL」.

切るのに悩みましたが、美味しくいただきました(^^ゞ

This was delicious although I hesitated to cut this cake.

まだまだ煩悩の塊ではありますが、これからの人生は、ただひたすら　クリーニングに励みます。

Although I am still a lump of worldly desires, I strive for future life at cleaning of my memory.

（追記）

先日、長男一家と　息子の用事も兼ねて、ハイアットリージェンシー大阪へ泊まりに行きました。

生後半年になります孫娘は、京都から出るのも、長時間　車に乗るのも初めての経験です。

The other day, I went to Osaka with my family.
My granddaughter went on a trip for the first time.

少々心配しましたが、車の中でも　レストランでも、すやすやと気持ち良く眠ってくれていましたし、声をかけると　にっこり　よく笑ってくれますし、楽しい思い出となりました。

そうそう、通りがかりの年配の女性から、
「まあ可愛い赤ちゃん！　生まれてきてくれて、ありがとう！」と、声をかけられました。

前世で　ご縁のあったかたでしょうか・・・感動しました(^_^)。

The woman of unknown age said to my granddaughter.
「What an adorable baby！
Thank you for your being born！」

I was impressed.
